35nd Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before You Play

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 35nd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing https://35nd.pro, registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotional offer, or otherwise using any feature of the 35nd platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the 35nd platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Player Eligibility

The 35nd platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all subsequent times when using the platform:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the 35nd platform for any reason.

35nd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending review.

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on 35nd. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all accounts belonging to the same individual, with all balances forfeited. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current personal information. You are required to:

35nd accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or have shared them with another person.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 35nd are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 35nd does not accept deposits via credit cards or international payment services.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your 35nd account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before a player's first withdrawal is processed. KYC documents include a valid national identification document and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• 35nd processes the majority of bKash and Nagad withdrawals within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank and Islami Bank are processed within 24 hours on Bangladesh banking business days. 35nd does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• 35nd reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, the account will be suspended pending investigation.

35nd does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees. 35nd is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment services.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

35nd offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on each promotion page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period requested by 35nd.
• A player's own request to close their account, which 35nd will action within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the player's registered payment method after KYC verification is confirmed.

Limitation of Liability
